Australia celebrates its sixth ICC Cricket World Cup title, with the Australian team now focusing on a three match Test series against Pakistan. The visitors have named their touring party, led by new captain Shan Masood following the resignation of Babar Azam. Masood, who has captained Yorkshire in County Cricket, will captain the team. Salman Ali Agha is a batting all rounder and Abrar Ahmed is a mystery spinner. Sarfaraz Ahmed, one of the former Test captains in the Pakistan squad, has been recalled into the Pakistan Test XI, and Shaheen Afridi has had a splendid Test career. Hasan Ali has impressed in the Test format and Nouman Ali is a left arm spinner by trade. Faheem Ashraf, Saim Ayub, Babar Azam, and Imam Ul Haq are also part of the Test squad, along with Aamer Jamal, Mohammad Wasim Jnr, and Mohammad Rizwan. Abdullah Shafique has also had a successful Test career so far.
